Are the listed prices final, or do they vary by car size?
Prices are a starting point based on standard sedans. SUVs, vans, and larger vehicles may cost slightly more due to the additional time and materials required. We confirm the exact price before starting any work.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and major mobile payment options at our Giza studio. Payment is collected once the service is complete and you've had a chance to review the results.
Can I combine services from different packages?
Yes, our packages are a guide rather than a fixed rulebook. If you want a specific combination, such as an exterior wash with engine bay cleaning, just let us know when booking and we'll quote accordingly.
How long does each detailing package take?
Essential Wash typically takes 30-45 minutes, Signature Detail around 1.5-2 hours, and Premium Care can take 3 hours or more depending on the vehicle's condition and size.
Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
We recommend booking ahead, especially for Signature Detail and Premium Care, since these require more time and preparation. Walk-ins for Essential Wash are accepted based on availability.
What if I'm not satisfied with the interior polish or wash?
If any area was missed or doesn't meet the standard discussed at booking, let our team know before you leave the studio and we'll address it directly, at no additional charge, on the spot.
